God is raising a company of Deborahs whose prayers will move the heart of God, women who will move in the anointing, women who will move in the gifts of the Holy Spirit, Deborahs who have the heart and vision for the lost and the weak.

 Who is Deborah? In Judges 4-5, Deborah was a:

1. JUDGE: She was Israel’s leader- she took care of all the civil jobs, worked in the secular realm. To the ladies, we say, “Rise up, bloom where the Lord has planted you. Exert your influence in the marketplace.”

2. INTERCESSOR: Deborah would sit under the palm tree, which means "righteousness", and she would intercede and stand in the gap for Israel. The palm tree was in between two cities: the City of Ramah (the seat of high adultery) and Bethel (the House of the Lord) with open heavens, where Jacob had his ladder experience in Genesis 28. She stood in the gap in intercession for her people and her nation. God is calling us to be women of prayer.

3. PROPHETESS: Deborah operated in a heavenly dimension of the spirit of wisdom and revelation. She would hear from God and would bring down great wisdom and counsel. Our desire is for our ladies to begin operating in the gifts of the Holy Spirit.

4. MOTHER OF ISRAEL: Deborah truly loved God's people. We hope to provide spiritual mothering and mentoring to the women of WIN-LA- to the singles ladies, young mothers, youth and children without mothers.
