For the longest time we have been praying for a 24/7 location with parking that can easily accommodate the size of our congregation with enough facilities for our children as well as office space.

Well, the good news is ---- WE FOUND IT!!!!!!

God has once again blessed us with a new home in Los Angeles.

This will be in the second floor of a brick building between Benton Way and Rampart Blvd. along 6th street. This is not very far from our previous Church location in Wilshire.

All the Pastors and Ministry Heads are excited.

Who knew that the bad economy actually worked in our favor.

Because of the low economy and vast availability of FOR LEASE buildings, the owner of this building has lowered our rent to $4250.00 including utilities. The rent that they wanted from the previous renter was $ 9000.00 and so they moved out because it was too much for them. In fact, by the time the Korean Church moved out, they were already paying more than $6000.00.

The building owner will even shoulder the replacement of the carpets and repainting of the site.

We will give the details of when we will move in the weeks ahead.

Meanwhile, construction will begin as soon as we sign the papers.

Let us pray for the success of this new endeavor and for God’s favor to shine upon us!
